After years of meaningful service across Sydney, Sistability is entering a heartfelt new chapter — one that brings us back to our roots, our community, and our purpose.
We’re announcing a significant shift in how and where we operate. As of now, we are officially winding down our services in the Sydney region to focus exclusively on our home base: the Northern Rivers.
This decision hasn’t been made lightly. It’s been shaped by deep reflection, local insight, and the values that have always guided our work — care, community, and quality over quantity.
Why We're Refocusing
From the beginning, Sistability has been more than just a provider of support, cleaning, and gardening services. We are community carers, local connectors, and advocates for personalised, dignified care.
The Northern Rivers isn’t just where our business is based — it’s where we live. It’s where we raise our families, participate in local events, support one another through challenges, and celebrate milestones together. This region is part of who we are. And as we continue to grow, it’s become clear that the best way for us to make an impact is to go deeper, not wider.
Sydney has been good to us, and we’re immensely proud of the relationships we've built and the trust we've earned there. But our heart — and our future — is right here at home.
What This Means for Our Services
Farewell to Sydney
We are no longer offering cleaning or support services in the Sydney region. To all the clients, families, and colleagues we've had the privilege to work with there: thank you. Your support, loyalty, and shared values have been a meaningful part of Sistability’s journey.
This transition is not a closure, but a reorientation — one that allows us to continue growing stronger where we’re most needed and most at home.

With our attention fully on the Northern Rivers, we’re investing even more into the things that matter:
