About the Role
As a Domestic Care Specialist, you’ll go beyond cleaning:
Provide professional domestic housekeeping and maintenance
Support client independence through safe, hygienic homes
Spot potential health & safety concerns—become one of the trusted eyes and ears on the ground
Use the scheduling app to coordinate visits and log updates
All cleaning equipment and supplies are supplied by us. You will need a reliable car, insured and licensed, to transport gear between clients.
Working Hours & Flexibility
School-hours shifts available (e.g. 9 am–2:30 pm), or longer if you’d prefer
Regular hours available between 8 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday
No weekend work required — though occasional weekend work may be offered for larger jobs
All public holidays off, including Easter, Christmas and others — so you can spend them with your family and friends
Flexible scheduling — we’ll work with you to build a roster that suits your lifestyle.
Who We’re Looking For
Drivers with a valid licence and reliable, insured vehicle
People with attention to detail and a genuine care factor
Able to work independently and use a smartphone app
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply)
Previous cleaning or care experience helpful, but not essential
What We Offer
Award rates under the SCHADS Award (Home Care Employee Level)
Casual employee rates: approx. $31.46 – $38.26 /hour (plus penalties where applicable)
Travel time paid between clients + $0.99/km reimbursement
Superannuation paid on top (currently 11.5%)
All equipment supplied — you don’t need to buy a thing
Supportive admin and rostering team — you’re never left hanging
No weekend shifts required
