If you are starting the aged care journey or feeling unsure about your next step, Care Compass provides structured, private guidance through the My Aged Care system.
We help you:
Register with My Aged Care
Apply for CHSP or Support At Home
Prepare properly for assessments
Attend assessments if requested
Understand approval letters and outcomes
Advocate for appropriate support
Care Compass is a private, fee-for-service program.
Government assessors make funding decisions and cannot be guaranteed. Our role is to ensure you are prepared, informed and supported throughout the process.

If you have already been approved and assigned a Support At Home package, we provide coordination services in partnership with Trilogy Care.
This includes:
Managing your allocated package budget
Organising cleaning, gardening and other supports
Monitoring service delivery
Reviewing statements
Identifying unspent funds
Providing ongoing oversight
This service begins after approval and package allocation.
It is separate from Care Compass, which supports clients before or during the assessment stage.

Regular home cleaning
Deep and spring cleans
Kitchen and bathroom sanitisation

Specialised cleaning for complex or high-risk environments
Cleaning services can be accessed:
Privately funded by seniors or families
Delivered under an approved Support At Home package (where appropriate)
We are not a CHSP-registered provider and do not deliver CHSP-funded services.
Many seniors privately engage our cleaning services while navigating government support — or alongside their existing Support At Home package.
