A Night to Remember: Sistability Takes Home Four Awards at the 2026 Ballina Business Awards
What an incredible night for Team Sistability.
On July 11, we joined the Ballina community at the RSL for the 2026 Ballina Business Awards, and we left with more recognition than we ever could have imagined. We are absolutely thrilled to share that Sistability was recognised with four awards on the night:

Excellence in Diversity & Inclusion
Excellence in Small Business (6–20 Employees)
Excellence in Workplace Health & Wellbeing
We were also honoured to receive two Highly Commended recognitions:

Six categories. Six moments where our name was called. It's the kind of night you replay in your head for weeks afterwards, and we're still smiling about it.

These Awards Belong to Every Member of Our Team
As proud as we are to bring these awards home, we know they don't belong to any one person or any single achievement. They belong to every cleaner, gardener, Domestic Care Specialist and office team member who shows up each day with compassion, professionalism and a genuine commitment to helping people across the Northern Rivers.
It's the small moments that add up to nights like this. It's someone taking a little extra time to check in on a client having a hard week. It's a team member going out of their way to make sure a job is done right, not just done. It's the quiet consistency of people who care, day after day, whether or not anyone is watching. That's what these awards are really recognising, and that's what makes them mean so much.

Eight Years in the Making
When Jade and Holi started Sistability eight years ago, the idea was simple. They wanted to make a difference for families who were struggling to find reliable, genuine in-home support. There was no grand plan for awards nights or industry recognition, just a shared belief that people deserve care that feels personal and support that actually shows up.
Eight years on, we're proud to have built a business where caring for people, both our clients and our own team, remains at the heart of everything we do. Growth has never been the goal in itself. It's always been about doing right by the people we support and the people who do the supporting. Nights like this remind us that when you get that part right, everything else tends to follow.
Onward to Business NSW Regional Awards
As exciting as this win is, our journey doesn't stop here. We're incredibly excited to now represent Ballina at the Business NSW Regional Awards later this year. It's a wonderful opportunity to carry the Northern Rivers spirit further afield and share what makes local, values-led care so special.
