Role Requirements:

  • Compassion and empathy towards elderly individuals.

  • Reliable and punctual with excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt to individual needs and provide personalised support.

  • Current First Aid Certificate (issued within the last 3 years)

  • Current CPR certificate (issued within the last 12 months)

  • National Police Check or NDISWC (NDIS Screening Check)

  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations (as required)

  • Valid driving licence, clean and reliable car with comprehensive insurance (if providing transport services)
