There are some milestones in business that deserve more than a quick mention. Five years is one of them.
This year, we are incredibly proud to celebrate Olivia and Jenn reaching five years with Sistability, and very soon, our Services Manager Nic will also mark her five-year anniversary. Having three key team members reach this milestone is something we do not take lightly. In the world of aged care and NDIS support, five years represents far more than time passed. It represents trust built slowly and respectfully in homes across the Northern Rivers. It represents consistency, reliability and genuine relationships formed over hundreds of visits.
Olivia, our Field Supervisor, has truly been rocking with us for five whole years. From the very beginning, she has been a crucial part of the Sistability family. Her dedication, loyalty and incredible energy have shaped not only our standards in the field, but the culture of our entire team. In a role that requires both leadership and empathy, Olivia brings calm confidence and steady guidance. She supports our domestic care specialists, maintains quality across services and ensures every client receives the professionalism and care we promise.

Our work has always been about more than cleaning. It is about dignity. It is about safety. It is about helping older Australians and NDIS participants remain comfortable and independent in their own homes. Olivia understands this deeply. She sees the bigger picture, that every tidy kitchen, every sanitised bathroom and every safe and organised space contributes to someone’s wellbeing. Her leadership in the field ensures that our values are not just words on a website, but something lived out every day in the homes of our clients.
Jenn has also been an integral part of Sistability from day one. She brings something incredibly special to our organisation, her heart. From the moment she joined the team, her warmth, dedication and the way she shows up for everyone around her have made a lasting impact. She does not just complete tasks, she builds connections. She brings light and laughter into homes, and into our workplace, in a way that cannot be taught.
For many of our clients, our domestic care specialists are the only regular visitors they see. They are the eyes and ears on the ground, often the first to notice if something is not quite right. Jenn carries that responsibility with attentiveness and genuine care. She understands that trust is earned through consistency, kindness and respect. Over five years, she has built that trust beautifully, strengthening not only client relationships but also the supportive culture within our team.
Behind the scenes, Nic has been a steady and compassionate leader guiding our services for almost five years as well. As Services Manager, she plays an essential role in supporting both our team and the community we serve. From coordinating services to problem solving complex situations, Nic ensures that everything runs smoothly so our frontline staff can focus on what they do best, caring for people. Her organisation, professionalism and deep care for both clients and team members have been instrumental in our growth over the past five years.
As a certified social enterprise, Sistability exists to create meaningful impact by supporting vulnerable members of our community while also creating flexible and supportive employment opportunities. Longevity like this does not happen by accident. It reflects a workplace built on respect, purpose and genuine care for one another. It reflects leadership that values people and a shared belief that the work we do truly matters.

Over five years, the impact adds up. Early mornings. Long days. Hundreds of homes supported. Countless small acts of kindness that make a very big difference. Olivia, Jenn and Nic have each played a vital role in helping Sistability grow into the organisation we are today, one that now supports over 100 NDIS clients across the Northern Rivers alongside many aged care participants who rely on our consistency and compassion.
We are incredibly grateful for the loyalty, professionalism and heart these three women bring to our organisation every single day. They represent the very best of what Sistability stands for, community, dignity, inclusion and care in action.
