Cancellation Policy

Sistability understands that a Client may need to occasionally postpone or cancel an individual service. If so, Sistability requires a minimum of 48 hours notice from the scheduled appointment time. The Client, Nominee or Support Coordinator will need to phone 1300 131 096 or email hello@sistability.com.au and provide the Clients’ full name and contact phone number so that Sistability can confirm the postponement or cancellation of this service if/when required.

If notice of this postponement or cancellation is received within 48 hours of the arranged service, the Client will incur a fee equal to 100% of the relevant booked service.

If the Client chooses to cancel a service part way through the service being carried (i.e. Sistability has already started the service), or when the team arrives onsite (prior to starting work), then a cancellation fee equal to100% the booked service will be applied.
