How to Receive Aged Care Funding?
Accessing funding through either CHSP or HCP is identical; it starts with an application through My Aged Care. Following this, My Aged Care conducts an assessment to understand your individual needs and subsequently allocates funding to ensure appropriate support.

What is CHSP?
The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) is a government-funded initiative for seniors needing entry-level support. Instead of paying privately (full cost) for home care services, you may only need to pay a small contribution towards each service.
What is HCP?
Home Care Packages (HCP) are personalised support plans designed for seniors requiring more comprehensive support, ranging from Level 1 to Level 4 depending on their needs. With HCP, you have access to a wide range of services fully covered by the package.
How to Access Support Services with Your Funding?
Aged Care Package Recipients need to register with an Aged Care Provider to access their support services. A provider assists their clients in finding suitable service providers and handles administrative and financial matters.
It's important to note that Sistability is NOT an Aged Care provider, we are a service provider. We collaborate with Aged Care Providers to offer our services to you. While your provider manages administrative tasks, we're in the field making your support a reality.
