The Clean Start Program
Through our Clean Start Program, we donate essentials like bedding, mattresses, towels, and home goods to vulnerable community members. For many, these small comforts mean the difference between living in hardship and having the dignity of a fresh start.

Employment Pathways
We create meaningful job opportunities for people who often face barriers to work — including single parents, women returning to the workforce, young people, mature-aged workers, First Nations people, those with disabilities, and seniors. By offering flexible, supportive employment, we help individuals regain confidence and independence while strengthening our local workforce.
Advocacy & Support
Our team is often the only point of contact for clients living in isolation or unsafe environments. We advocate for their needs, connect them with additional supports, and share insights that help improve services across the sector. From addressing squalor and hoarding to supporting clients in crisis, we stand alongside those who might otherwise go unseen.
Sustainable Practices
We operate with sustainability in mind — from using eco-friendly cleaning products and carpooling to reduce emissions, to recycling and rehoming goods. Through Clean Impact Co., our commercial arm, we also reinvest at least 50% of profits back into these initiatives, ensuring every service delivered creates lasting community benefit.
