Sistability is not an Aged Care Provider…but we can still support you!

Home Care Package (HCP) recipients are required to be registered with an Aged Care Provider to manage their support needs and funds.

Sistability is NOT an Aged Care Provider, however we have partnered with multiple Aged Care Providers so that we can provide our services to you.

Please note that we are not able to provide services to CHSP clients as we are not registered to provide these services.

If you would like Sistability to provide services to you and you are not associated with any of these companies, please contact your existing Aged Care Provider first to let them know that you would like to use Sistability for your domestic care support - they will then let you know what your options are and can work with us directly to get the support you need.
